A couple weeks ago after I dropped the boys off at school… Bailey: “Wait! I forgot to go to school!” Me: “You don’t go to school yet. You have to wait until you are older, Bailey.” Bailey: “Oh…when I get a backpack?” Now fast forward to dinner today. Bailey went to Devon’s class while I helped for their 100 day of school party. So Devon was telling Dillon all about it. Bailey: “So, I went to school today.” Dillon: “You did? What did you do?” Bailey: “Eat candy, see Devon…” Dillon: “You’re old enough for school now?” Bailey: “Yah. Because I have a backpack.”
Ha, ha! Bailey is so so cute. I love the intelligence of little kids. They understand so much more than we give them credit for! :)
