Sawyer Brown and Dierks Bentley

June 6, 2011 By Christie

DSC_0608DSC_0609 Oh my goodness.  Ok, so I love Sawyer Brown (and don’t care about Dierks Bentley) but my oh my it was FREEZING cold and dumping on us.  Thankfully we had umbrellas and it wasn’t quite as cold during Sawyer Brown, who was first, but we were still very very wet by the time we left after Dierks Bentley had played about 5 songs.  He just wasn’t worth freezing our patooty’s off for.  DSC_0611DSC_0614 They all look so happy to see me.  It might have been because when I went up to take a couple closer pictures, some random guy with a beer decided to hop under my umbrella with me.  He acted all normal and like it wasn’t weird, then looked at me and said, “You don’t mind if I share your umbrella with me, do you?  Just for a sec?”  So I was laughing and when I went back to sit down they were all teasing me.  DSC_0615DSC_0617 But really, Sawyer Brown (the singers name is Mark Miller) can sing and dance!  It’s kind of funny because it’s total 80’s dance moves.  But very entertaining and they have some wonderful songs. DSC_0618 Dillon’s parents left after a few songs so we got to use Sheila’s massive turquoise umbrella.  Dillon was being funny with it. DSC_0621DSC_0622 And here is Dierks Bentley.  He has a couple songs I like, but it was too darn cold to stay any longer!  We did get to see a drunk lady being escorted outside by about 8 security guards.  She was fighting it the whole way.  Drunk people do weird things. Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
