As his teacher told me last week about how much she loves and enjoys him, I thought about how I sometimes don’t focus on his wonderful qualities as much as I should because I worry so much about some things. Mrs. Fox (his teacher) said, “Carson delights me!” And you know what? He is a very delightsome boy. 
Carson is SO smart. So smart. He loves to read and retains an unbelievable amount of what he reads. He can remember facts so well it amazes me!
I know Bailey is closing her eyes in this picture, but I LOVE Carson’s face in it, because when I think about Carson, this is how I love to see him. He loves a good laugh! 
He is getting to be so mature—helping out more without complaining, doing his homework without complaining, helping to cheer up his brother and sister more and more, and just kind of making sense of life more. 
He loves school this year, he loves Harry Potter, loves How to Train Your Dragon books, loves to tell jokes, loves to share his knowledge, loves legos, and loves his family. 
Carson, you absolutely DO delight us! We love you oh so very much!
