(sorry, this is quite the Bailey edition, and I fear it will be from here on out. The boys are getting older (sniffle) and they make a lot more sense, so sadly, their funny sayings aren’t as often as they use to be, though they do make us laugh every day as well!) Bailey told her friend, "Our Mom’s our Dad’s wife." Bailey was singing a made-up song. The words were, "Everything is pink pink pink, in my world!" The boys were picking up garbage as one of their chores, and Bailey was watching. Bailey said to Devon, "You’re a big helper! And I’m a big watcher!" I told Bailey she was cool. She quoted a line from Scooby Doo (but changed it from what they say) and said, "Cool? That’s not what I was going for!" In the movie someone tells Fred that he looks cute, so that’s the line he says. I thought it was funny she knew how to use it. Dillon ran with the kids into Cal Ranch while I went to Joann for a minute. He said the whole time Bailey was galloping down the aisles yelling, "Oh yah! Oh yah!" Dillon was combing Bailey’s hair and she said to him, "You actually know how to do hair now?!" Very excited about it. Bailey picked out her outfit and it was very interesting ;) ;). Totally mismatched and it was a tank top over her easter dress from last year, with socks and dress up shoes or something. After she was done putting it on, she exclaimed, "Boy I look pretty!" When helping in Carson’s class, it looked like his friend was teasing him, so before I left I took Carson aside and asked him about it. He acted like he didn’t want to tell me, but finally said, "Josh was saying, ‘Do you love your Mom?’ So I said, ‘Of course I do! She’s my MOM!" So funny, and Yay Carson!!! Bailey has a pretty bad cough right now. She was really sad and laying in bed. Suddenly she sat up with a huge smile and said, "I have a PENGUIN cough!" She was pretty happy–she thinks she sounds like the penguins on Mr. Popper Penguins.
