-When all the kids were picking out Halloween candy to share with Dillon and I, Carson told Bailey she was being a good example by sharing. -Dillon sat on our little side table with Bailey on his lap. The glass totally broke and really scared Bailey. I wasn’t home so when I talked to Bailey about it later she said, “Well, it gave me a fright.” -Bailey got water all over her shirt. I heard her saying, “This is not happening. This is simply not happening.” -I took Bailey with me to my first doctor’s appointment (she was clueless about why). I tried on the gown and laughed and said, “It’s pretty funny huh.” She answered, “Yah, but at least you still look good!” -Bailey was telling Dillon a scary story she was making up. Dillon kept reacting the way he thought she would want him to with gasps and everything. After him doing that a couple times, she paused and said, “Will you please stop doing that? It’s kinda scaring the heck outta me.” -Carson had some marks on his report card that just said PT. I asked him what that meant and he said, “I don’t know. Probably perfect talent?” -During all this election stuff, Devon keeps calling voting cheering. “Mom, did you know you have to be eighteen or up to cheer? Who are you cheering for?” -After we told the kids we’re having a baby, Bailey has been very curious about the baby. She asked if I swallowed a baby and when I said no, she said, “Well, how did it get there?!” -I started to puke (sorry) at about 9 weeks with this baby (which was awesome that it didn’t start until then compared with other pregnancies). After one episode, Carson said with a concerned voice, “Momma? Try not to throw up the baby.” -My niece got such a sad gash on her forehead and I was showing the kids. Bailey said, “Yah, hate to be that kid.”
