Bailey is halfway to a year old!!! Craziness. She had her 6 month check-up, along with 3 nasty shots, which of course I really am thankful for but can’t help feeling sad for her.
Her stats: 27 1/2 inches tall, 97%, and 15 lbs. 12 oz. , 50%. So she’s lean and tall little girl. And SO much fun. She laughs so easily and is such a fun baby! I love that her little–no, BIG personality I should say, is starting to show more and more. She’s definitely letting us know when she doesn’t like stuff, but she’s also such a sweetie with her smiles all day!
She still loves to visit with me every 2-3 hours at night, but occasionally she’ll surprise me by going 5 hours.
Her hair is so fuzzy and won’t stay down for anything, but it’s cute and makes me smile every time I think about it. For instance, the other day she was down for a nap and started to cry after I put her down. I peeked in on her, but only enough so she couldn’t see me. She had rolled over on her tummy, and all I could see was her fuzzy hair sticking up–nothing else. I had to shut the door before she heard me laugh.
She brings so much joy and happiness to our family!
She is so cute! I am so sad that we didn’t get to see you guys when we were down there this last weekend. And you know what… I don’t think I have EVER actually met Bailey in person! How sad! She will probably be up and walking by the time i actually get to see her.

I was noticing her fuzzy hair last week in church. I love it!! and you can totally see her personality, w/out even really knowing her. She just…beams!
6 months old? Crazy!! She sure is cute!
