The Leprechauns

January 28, 2011 By Christie

My kids are starting early this year.  Carson just brought me my phone saying it was because he was being a leprechaun.  Then he said he already did two things as a leprechaun while I was down here.  Devon is asleep now, but before he fell asleep he gave me a handful of pennies and said he was being a leprechaun and that’s why he gave them to me and that I could keep them.   The sweet kid.  Then Carson took over.  First one:  books laid out on my bed with a note. DSCF4501 The note says, “I love you mom.”  Then it has a tower that says chocolate flavor caramel kisses tower.  Then it says, “Not just any dad and mom.”  at the bottom.  I read it and kissed him and he said, “Because I heard you like chocolate.”  DSCF4503 Second “act”:  Trail leading to a nicely made couch to lay on.  DSCF4504DSCF4505 He seriously was so proud he was beaming with happiness when I kissed him goodnight.

Okay, your leprechauns are, like, the nicest ones ever! So sweet, I love it.

Isn't that fun? Aren't you glad the "surprises" didn't involve cooking or trying to clean the windows with too much spray? Things like that are just perfect.

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
