Carson got out of bed for a bandaid, and so I went to check on him. Bailey wanted me to say goodnight to her and so after I put her back in bed I walked past the boys’ room and saw Carson covering up sleeping Devon with a blanket and kiss him on the forehead. Love things I get to see like that! Bailey got in the tub and said she had to go potty, so I got out her little potty chair and she sat on it. She sat there for a couple minutes then got up, grabbed some toilet paper and “wiped”. Then dragged the potty over to me and said, “Here.” I was thinking that it was cute and was about to tell her good job for trying, until I looked in and saw that she actually had gone! Not sure she’s really ready, but wow–first time on the potty and she went. It’s a GREAT start! I just wonder if she’s too stubborn to let me suggest it sometimes:). Carson was talking about pollution. Once again. He always is. I asked him, “So where do you learn all this stuff, Carson?” He didn’t hesitate one bit. “Research.” he said. Bailey and I saw my friend Kim. Bailey said, “Kim? I love Kim! I love to hold her… She’s heavy.” The funniest part is that Kim is one of the thinnest people I know–totally in shape and NOT heavy:). This is gross, but when Carson farts, he’s started to say, “Goozentight.” But it makes me laugh still:). Bailey LOVES LOVES LOVES to hop and jump and run. She’s recently started to gallop sideways across rooms. And she can really jump high! She also gets on her knees and bounces as high as she can. The kids and I watched Annie while Dillon was at Scout Camp. They really liked it! Bailey kept saying she loved Annie. And after the movie for 2 days she kept asking, “It’s movie night? We watching Annie?” When Annie was saved at the end of the movie, Bailey looked at me and exclaimed, “They saved Annie! They so nice to her!” Devon and Bailey were the only ones left after Carson went somewhere. Devon looked at Bailey and said, “So…it’s just you an me, huh?” Devon has always been one to tell you he loves you. He tells me ALL THE TIME, and I love it every time. He tells you when you are upset, or when he starts to say something, forgets, then he fills it in with “I love you!” I just love it! The other day he told me and said, “I love you mom! Even if I forget to say it sometimes, I always do.” He is just so sweet! So I told him, “Thank you, I love you too! And out of ANYONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD, you tell me more than them all!” Carson has started to say, “Holy Hoovel-heads.” I have no idea what it means or where it came from, but he walked outside to see a bunch of new snow and he said that. Bailey walked out and laughed just like him and said, “Oh my Dunderheads!” (Dunderhead is a horse of Jerry and Sheila’s.). Dillon was talking to me about one of the guys he’s done work for not paying his bill (it looks like it’s settled so we’re fine!). Anyways, the kids were there too, and Devon said, “I’ll pay you Dad, for your hard work!” We thought it was even cuter and sweeter when he added, “I have a dollar in my tractor bank that I’ll give you!”
