Projects around here.

April 30, 2013 By Christie

I wanted to share some of the sewing or craft projects I’ve done lately, just because I like them ;).  They are all on my craft blog but I wanted to have them here, too.  Lots and lots of burp cloths for the many many pregnant people I know. DSC_0563 A scripture case for Devon with a flap divider.  I’m happy with this one because I have a tutorial on adding the flap portion which I had to figure out myself. DSC_0710 Baby buntings for gifting as well.  The idea is to take it to the hospital and decorate the baby’s hospital bed for cute pictures.  I’m bringing one to the hospital! DSC_0734DSC_0753 A fabric divided basket.  I love this so much.  My friend Anna from Noodlehead was nice to send me the pattern for free.  I love thoughtful people and have met a lot in real life and a lot through blogging, which has been really great! DSC_0764 And inspiration quote board.  This is hanging in my hallway where it needed some brightening.  I love this and I love my silhouette so I could make it easier.  I have this and printable quotes on my craft blog as well.  I’ve just wanted to make a quote board for a really long time of some of my favorite quotes so it was about time it got done!  DSC_0845

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
