My friend Dezi was telling her mom about Bailey’s surgery. I had realized a few days previously that I don’t know what could have happened had she been born naturally instead of the c-section, since her head was fused and the bones wouldn’t have been able to shift like they are supposed to. The doctor did tell me that her head was already like that before she was born. Dezi’s mom said she knows a lady whose daughter had the same condition as Bailey, and while the baby was being born, her skull cracked and she ended up being mentally handicapped. Wow, I sure am glad that we have a Heavenly Father who is all knowing. Sometimes I forget that and I need to remember to trust Him more! At the time, even though it stunk to have a c-section, it was a blessing in disguise.

Wow, you’re right! That was definitely a blessing in disguise.
