Wrapped in Love

October 3, 2008 By Christie

My kids always get a ton of blankets when they are born–I love it! We always have a super cute one to take somewhere and of course, they have many to choose from for their favorites! My grandma informed me theirs was the last one they have quilted, so I’m happy for Bailey getting in…

2 Weeks Old!

October 2, 2008 By Christie

I’m totally realizing that I am savoring every minute this time around with a newborn–I guess I’ve finally realized how fast it really goes. Really, about the only thing that I get sad about is that I don’t want her to grow up! I just wish it didn’t go so fast. Thankfully, I have not…

I love this time of year with all the holidays coming up–so much fun! We decorated for Halloween today and the kids think we should go trick-or-treating now. It will be a long wait!

Sweet Boy!

October 2, 2008 By Christie

This kid is one sweet boy. He is always so concerned when Bailey cries. The other night at 1:30 am, she was crying and in comes Devon with sleepy eyes, a grin, and his very large teddy bear and says, “I will help her.” He gives her his bear, says goodnight and shuts the door…

Carson and Devon LOVE Bailey. Devon tells me about 20 times a day that he loves her. Every time he sees her, he says, “Ohhhh, she’s SO cute!” They both give her a kiss on the head goodnight every night, get her blankets, toys they think she needs, all sorts of cute things. When they came…

Labor Day

September 25, 2008 By Christie

As previously mentioned, I wanted to write about the whole process of getting Bailey here so I would remember. Skip this if you don’t want to be bored! Monday my doctor stripped my membranes after the whole possibility of a c-section thing happened (the ups and downs day). Tuesday I was having a lot of…

Quick Update

September 16, 2008 By Christie

Today was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for me. I was up all night again with contractions, only to have Dillon stay home from work for an hour to have them stop. So he went to work an hour and a half away in Woodland Hills. I had my doctor’s appointment at 9:15. I…

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
