I love fairs, and I say that all the time, but summer-time is great, isn’t it? Dillon performed (sang and guitar) Thursday night at the fair, then Friday night was the rodeo, then Saturday was the Demolition Derby. My kids LOVE the Derby, and I normally do, but was a bit hot and tired from our busy-ness lately. Devon got a little bored…and really dirty. We didn’t stay the whole time (almost though), but the kids got to go on the cool blow-up things and had a lot of fun. Then we watched fireworks!
On the way to the Derby, Carson said, “Devon, we’re going to the Beef Jerky!” Devon said, “Ohhhhh! I like jerky!” It’s now talked about by Carson as “the Dibolition Jerky”, and Devon calls it the “Burfday Jerky”.

I agree, fairs are really fun. I’m not a HUGE fan of the rides just because I don’t know how durable they are but I love the atmosphere and the other things there are to do. Glad you guys had fun!
