Happy Birthday Carson!

9.9.09. Pretty cool!

Carson turned 6 today! He was pretty stoked about it. All day, everything was because he was 6 now. He’d get a good idea, and he’d say, “I guess I’m smarter because I’m 6 now!” When he ate his birthday donut, he took a huge bite and said, “I guess I can take bigger bites now that I’m 6!” When I told him Bailey would be 1 next week, he said, “Oh, what can she do when she turns one? Walk? Talk?” He totally things there is something magical about the day you turn older.

He was also excited that he got to go to school on his birthday. He said, “It’s my first time to have school on my birthday ever!” The best was when I picked him up from school. On the way home he said, “I guess I’m a grown-up kid now!”

He got presents from my family on Sunday, then today from us and Dillon’s parents, and then his friend party is Saturday. He said, “Wow, I get presents for a long time!”

We went to the park afterwards for a picnic and played hide and seek forever, then after pizza for dinner, we went and saw UP at the dollar theater. Cute movie. The boys loved it.

Happy Birthday Carson buddy! We love you so much! Keep on grinning and loving life the way you do. You bring us so much happiness!
