• Bailey was very distraught when we pulled away after picking up Devon from school. She yelled, “No! Carson!” She thought I was forgetting him!
• Dillon and Carson were wrestling and Dillon said, “You’re going down.” Carson answered with, “You’re going up…to heaven!”
• Dillon had fallen asleep on the couch. He said Bailey came up to him and had him open this toy of hers. He started to fall back asleep but heard Bailey say, “Good boy, Daddy. Good boy.”
• I told the boys the cookies were hot since they were just out of the oven. Dev said, “Yah, the cookie will burn your tongue to style!”
• We were telling Devon that he could tell people about his surgery. Dillon said, “Yah, they can pray for you and help you if they know.” Immediately after, Bailey said, “Jesus help you.” I just think things like that are amazing:).
• Carson said a sweet prayer for Devon after his surgery. He said, “Please be with Devon and support him.”
• Bailey was holding a picture she colored of Jesus. She tripped and looked at the picture saying, “Whoa, Jesus.”
• Bailey LOVES the garbage truck. As in, her entire body shakes and gets excited to go watch it out the window. She runs and has the cutest excited face.
• Devon was opening Bailey’s sippy cups, and she was super excited. As soon as he ripped part of the package, she started to clap vigorously and said, “Yea Devon! Good job Dev!”
• At Lagoon, Carson got out of line while we were together for a ride to go check something out. He yelled over to me, “Save my spot mom!”
• Devon is quite the picture taker. He’ll move all around taking from different angles. Once, he almost took a picture of his cousins and said, “Wait, let’s move into the shade.” Love it!
• Devon knows about his tonsils out, and so while I was telling him what day his surgery was, he said, “7 days until I get my guts out?”
• Bailey has started to tell me that I’m doing a good job on things. She does it the most while I am driving. I’ll turn and hear her say, “Good job mommy.” She also tells me to drive fast. “Go fast Mommy!”
• After The Bat ride at Lagoon, Carson said, “YIKES! SCARED….SCARED…SCARED…” over and over.
• Bailey is starting to say, “Um…uh..um..uh.” Just like the boys, especially when it’s something she shouldn’t be doing. So I’ll say, “Bailey, what are you doing?” “Um, uh, um, uh….this.”
