I went to both the boys’ Halloween parties. I just don’t want to miss all the fun! Dev’s team won—can you tell? :) Bailey of course was there, and sat by Dev during a spooky story. He was so sweet and put his arm around her and played with her hair. Even his teacher Mrs. G thought it was adorable. Now onto Carson’s party. Dev was lucky and got to go to his as well (though he didn’t participate in most of it). Mrs. Heaton got Bailey a dry erase board that kept her busy for most of the time. She loved erasing it! That night was the Halloween party with our friends that I already posted about. Saturday morning, we watched a cooking show that made the following goodie that we decided to try out. Our Costume Parade at the park. It rained hard right before, but thankfully it stopped for the parade and then later for Trick-or-Treating. Yea! My first trick-or-treaters:). Oh my, Bailey had so much fun. She just thought it was SO FUN to have people give her candy. The look on her face was so cute after she’d get some and say thank you. Very fun:). Then on Sunday, for the real Halloween, I made our Halloween feast. The kids ate too much candy right before, unbeknownst to Dillon and I, but it was still fun. And we are DONE with Halloween. I love it, but I took down the decorations yesterday because it was fun but it’s time is over:). Hope you all had a wonderful Halloween!

Wow! SO much fun, I almost can't handle those hot dog fingers with the nails and ketchup. Yucky! :)
Bailey is too too cute in that costume, I love the chubby cheeks poking out of the hood in some of the pictures. So fun.

Good grief! Do you ever take a break? Or a day off? It seems you are always planning, making, celebrating, decorating. (Which is a very good, impressive thing! :) I just don't know how you do it! I was telling my friend about the Halloween dinner I made a year ago (or maybe two) that I copied mostly from you, but just thought it was too much work to do this year. Bleh. I'm so lazy. I need to come live closer to you so you can inspire me before the holiday is over. :)
