Memorable Moments July 2011

July 31, 2011 By Christie

· I was trying to walk past Bailey. She spread out her arms and said, “Whoa whoa whoa…what’s the past word?” · After Devon got back from his cousin’s house, Carson hugged him tightly and said, “I love you SO much brother. I’m so bored without my buddy. I want to see my ol’ pal.” · After some advice from a wise lady in my ward, I started to say to Carson when he misbehaved, “What’s the matter? That’s not like you…” and talk about it. His friend wasn’t wanting to play anymore and went home. Carson said, “That’s not like Jackson. Usually he’s such a happy kid.” · Bailey was in the tub and I noticed a bruise on her eye. I asked her what happened. She replied, “I got hit by a car….a pink car.” I asked if she was in the road and she said, “No, it drove up on the sidewalk and hit me.” Such a little story teller. · I was chatting with Bailey one night after watching her baby cousin Clark. Me: Clark is cute, isn’t he? Do you someday want a little brother or sister? Bailey: Yah. I want a pink Clark. Me: Pink? Bailey: Yah, pink. Me: Is their Clark pink? Bailey: No…..he’s (then she started to pretend sleep). Me: What color is he? Bailey: Red. I want a girl baby. No, I want a boy. YOU want a girl dough, right? Me: Either is good, but I think it would be great for you to have a sister someday. Bailey: Ok, let’s have a girl baby tomorrow.  Ok momma? · As we were hiking at the Salt Lake, Bailey was so sweet and kept saying, “Be careful to not trip, momma.” · Devon asked me what color eyes he has. I reminded him a hazelish grayish color. He asked, “Is that what color Jesus’ eyes are? “

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
