Wyoming

Dillon’s band recently went to Afton, Wyoming where Joseph is from, to play four shows at the Lincoln County Fair.  We decided to make a vacation out of it.  The first day Michelle and her kids drove down with me and my kids to Evanston, where we stayed the night at a hotel and let the kids swim.  It was good to break the trip into two parts like that since we had to cram 7 kids plus 2 adults into the van. I love staying at hotels with my kids.  It’s so rare that they think everything is amazing.  Soap!  Cups!  Toilets!  Tv’s!  Our own bed!  Everything!  Bailey saw a game that I brought from home and she started to jump up and down and exclaimed, “We have that game too!” Kindle Creek did a wonderful job, and it was fun to read some comments on my craft blog about someone who reads my blog who totally saw them perform there!  Someone else lived there also but didn’t make the Fair.  Small world. My my, what a handsome man I married. Carson and Jediah were great little salesman. Bailey fell asleep both days during the last show, which just doesn’t happen all that often.   Carson was chosen to be in the Magic Show.  It was so funny.  He’s such a ham. Devon showed me how he was also magic by pulling a feather out of his ear :). I LOVED the kids’ faces during the magic show.  There was also a really funny hypnotist show. The kids enjoyed the fair rides and other fun things to do. There was a fun dog show. It was just fun times with some great friends.  Next up is Yellowstone!  When I ever get around to it ;).
