On Saturday night we went over to our friends’ house and hung out with a bunch of people on our street–they have a fire pit in their backyard and so we roasted marshmallows and had smores–YUM! I love hanging out with grown-ups (I’m a little apprehensive about another week of no Dillon here, can you tell?)
Today after church we went over the Jerry and Sheila’s house. It was a lot of fun because they have a Rhino (kind of like a 4-wheeler) that was SO much fun to drive around there. I took the kids for a turn as well, and they were hanging on for dear life the whole time. I started getting contractions on all the bumps though, which maybe wasn’t the best idea, but it was a blast! The kids love helping out with all the work there to do, especially with the animals and tractors:). I looked over to see Dillon and his dad putting their lawn mower (riding, so it was big) on the trailor, and Carson pushing too, with Devon pushing Dillon’s butt to “help”.

What a great weekend!!! Tonight has not been as fun, because I’m starting to paint Carson’s room so it doesn’t have those “spooky black walls” anymore. Then I’ll move Devon in there. I really decided that I so don’t like to paint. I know some people do, so whoever you are, what about painting do you like exactly? Cause the only part I like is when it’s DONE! I’m gonna paint the baby’s room too, but not this week–too much going on!
Ok so that pic of you on the side is pretty i love it, and i love that shirt, you look great….
Hey girl! It looks like you are having lots of fun out there in Nevada! Hope all is going well with you! Keep in touch, and we’ll all have to get together once you get back! Love ya! :)
I’m still laughing out loud over the picture in my mind of Devon pushing on Dillon’s bum to help with all of that hard work. Whew! Thank goodness he was there! What would Dillon have done without him?!?
