Timpanogos Cave

August 23, 2007 By Christie

Carson and Devon have been wanting to go to a cave for a really long time. Oh my goodness! What a workout! I couldn’t remember how hard the trail was, and it really wasn’t that bad, unless you take two little boys. Dillon carried Devon most of the time, I did for very very short…

Soccer Practice

August 11, 2007 By Christie

“The rules of soccer are very simple, basically it is this: if it moves, kick it. If it doesn’t move, kick it until it does.” –Phil Woosman–Carson had his first soccer practice last night. He did AWESOME! I was so amazed at how…non-shy he was! We got to the park and some older boys were…

“I Just Love to Go to the Zoo, It’s My Favorite Thing to Do! If You Ask Me, I’ll Say to You, I Love to Go to the ZOO!!!”

August 9, 2007 By Christie

Title is a song from Caillou, just in case you thought I was crazy:). Okay, if I get Caillou songs stuck in my head, maybe I am going crazy! Yesterday we went to the zoo. The boys had a great time. Out of ALL the animals to see, Carson was most excited to see the…

Demolition Derby

August 5, 2007 By Christie

Ohhhhhhhhh yah! I LOVE this, I get so excited to go to the Derby. The boys loved it last year and were stoked to go again. We got GREAT seats even being a little late, we were on the front row, and got plenty of mud thrown our way. Again, another great perk from Mr….

County Fair

August 5, 2007 By Christie

So much free stuff to do:). Here are a bunch of pictures from the fair. This was all yesterday. They also had concerts going on. Carson even yelled out “Yee-haw!” during the Kid Fiddlers. Petting Zoo: Fun Inside (Jerry cooking, painting garden pokes, farm play, and magician):

County Fair Concert

August 5, 2007 By Christie

We went to see Restless Heart (Why Does it Have to Be Wrong or Right, I’ll Still Be Loving You, When She Cries, That Rock Won’t Roll), Little Texas (God Blessed Texas, What Might Have Been, Kick a Little), and Craig Morgan (What I Love About Sunday, Tough). It was a blast! We had GREAT…

Swimming Lessons

July 28, 2007 By Christie

Ahh, summer days. Carson is taking swimming lessons currently at the pool. First day, he totally wouldn’t even touch the water. He was SO excited to go, then as soon as everyone was told to sit in the pool, he stood there scratching his head for like a minute before I realized he was too…

Singing in the Rain

July 18, 2007 By Christie

I LOVE summer storms, they are one of my favorite things. The boys and I went outside yesterday to enjoy the rain, watch the lightning and see a rainbow. Devon was scared of the thunder, but finally decided he wanted to run in the rain too.

Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point

July 18, 2007 By Christie

Just went with my sisters last Friday. It was their 7th (I think) birthday celebration, so they had extra things like crafts to do. If we lived closer to this place, we’d totally get a pass. Next month we hope to do the farm-petting area and the children’s gardens. I’m excited. Boy, I’ve been doing…

Children’s Museum at the Gateway

July 18, 2007 By Christie

Love this place. The boys have a blast. They have all sorts of things for kids, mostly for science and cause and effect types of learning. Totally hands on. I just think it is great, and will be awesome during the long winter days where we don’t want to go outside. This is them being…

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
