Another Potty Story

April 13, 2008 By Christie

So it’s a big part of our lives, okay already? I was brushing Devon’s teeth and was sitting on the toilet lid (you thought I was going to say just sitting on the toilet, didn’t you–then you’d really have something to tease me about!). Anyways, Carson ran in and said, “Hurry, hurry! I have to…

Rachelle’s Easter Party

April 13, 2008 By Christie

Rachelle threw a late Easter party last week for all the cousins. It was a lot of fun–she put a lot of thought and effort into it. Thanks Rachelle! My kids’ favorite part is the bunny trail–string is EVERYWHERE and each kid gets to follow the string to their treat left by the Easter bunny….

Um…Dillon?

April 11, 2008 By Christie

So, Dillon has an i-pod for work. He went through and updated his songs, took off ones he was sick of, and put more on. He’s upstairs on a job site doing some baseboard with the radio blasting downstairs–other “tough” construction men were working down there. Jamming out to some cool tune, next song comes…

Potty Time

April 10, 2008 By Christie

Okay, I must start this by saying that I have a lot of pictures and a couple videos to catch up with, but we have to install our new hard drive before we upload those things since we’re so low on disk space, BUT, I couldn’t wait to post this, as it is so momentous…

Could you really be mad???

March 27, 2008 By Christie

So, I noticed Carson’s light on in his room after I had put him to bed and was about to walk in and turn it off with some stern words, when I peeked in and saw him with his “night-time hat” as he called it (it’s really a cute NEWBORN hat I found on sale…

Let the kickboxing begin!

March 27, 2008 By Christie

This last week I was blessed twice in my pregnancy (well, I’m sure much more than that, but the obvious ones to me!): I started feeling our baby move!!! And, my morning sickness has subsided substantially! Yahoo! No more running to the toilet to throw up! Hopefully it continues on this way, although I am…

I’m not pretty!

March 26, 2008 By Christie

Carson’s friend Audrey really liked his hair on Sunday. Since we get the privilege of sitting behind him in sharing time, and Audrey is in our class, I heard the following dialog:Audrey: “Carson! Your hair is so neat! You look like Leo! Carson (as she touches his poof), you look so pretty.”Carson: (Highly offended) “I…

Happy Easter!!!

March 26, 2008 By Christie

Happy Easter everyone! It was so great, and we had the best FHE where the kids were really into the Resurrection and very happy to talk about Jesus and reverent!! It was funny cause we were eating dinner and decided that was the best time to start family night since it was busy, and Carson…

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
