These are a few of my favorite things…

Gardening!!! I have no green thumb by any means, but I sure love spring time and planting flowers and a vegetable garden. I’m trying heirloom tomatoes this year–I’ve heard they are so much better, so I’m stoked. I’ve planted so many things that Dillon already teases me that by the time I can actually harvest…

What’s Your Favorite???

May 5, 2008 By Christie

Dillon and I got to go out on a date Friday night (thanks Mel and Ryan!!! I LOVE swapping–don’t move!). We went to the dollar movie but first we went to Costa Vida. I know there is lots of talk about Cafe Rio, but I just wondered what people like there the best? Dillon likes…

Alvey’s In Town

May 1, 2008 By Christie

Well, not anymore, but we had a blast together. We went out to the Pizza Factory and then were going to bowl at Fat Cats but were silly and didn’t put our name on the waiting list, so we ended up going to Nickelcade and then to Britta’s after. Great times! It was great to…

Hee hee hee…

April 25, 2008 By Christie

Sorry, you’ll have to pause my music before looking at this. Pretty cute kids! (If it takes too long on here, like it is for me, just watch it here: YOU TUBE) I know lots of you have probably seen this, but it’s fun anyways!

The News is IN!

April 16, 2008 By Christie

So, we got to have our ultrasound! It was really neat–I love seeing the baby move all around–I actually didn’t get to see a ton, because the screen was a flat screen which meant that he kind of had to have it turned towards him most of the time, but he would stop and show…

Enjoying this time in our lives…

April 15, 2008 By Christie

So, sometimes I find myself just caught up in the mundane everyday life, and get really bored but then stress over my kids and what I could do better and why do my kids do that or this and how can I help them and lots and lots of other thoughts. I think that sometimes…

Funny Forward to keep you SANE

April 15, 2008 By Christie

I got this forward from a friend (I just kept my favorite ones). It’s not often that I really love reading forwards, but this one was an exception:). * Page Yourself Over The Intercom. Don’t Disguise Your Voice.*Every Time Someone Asks You To Do Something, ask If They Want Fries with that.*In The Memo Field…

Girl or Boy?

April 14, 2008 By Christie

So my boys have arguments on what we are going to have. Devon wants a girl, Carson wants a boy. They’ll go back and forth forever with this, no matter how many times I tell them arguing isn’t going to change what we are having–it already is what it is! I told them that Heavenly…

Carson’s Favorite Song

April 14, 2008 By Christie

Carson’s absolute favorite song is ‘If the Savior Stood Beside Me’. What a treat it is for me to be able to watch him sing this song in sharing time as well! If he hears the intro, his whole face lights up and he turns to me with a huge grin and says, “If the…

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
