Thanks for the sweet comments on my last post. I have the best friends and family!!!
The following two pics are from FHE last week. Dev was the one in charge of the whole thing, and we asked him what activity he wanted to do. He said, “I want to stand on a table and you guys throw pretend rocks and arrows at me.” I guess they did something like that in Sharing Time at church. So the boys took turns being Samuel the Lamanite.
The shirt Bailey’s wearing pretty much sums up her attitude these days.
As soon as it got above 60, I had to water. As soon as the boys saw me hooking up the sprinkler to the hose, they ran inside to change in their swimsuits. I think it’s funny that Dev chose to wear a sweater on top. Shows that it isn’t really that warm!
This past Saturday, Dillon and I got to go to Wendover to see the Fab Four, a Beatles tribute band. To be honest, I really wasn’t all that excited about the actual concert–I was more excited just to hang out with Dillon and my family, but seriously, it was so much fun! They completely learned the mannerisms of The Beatles and sounded just like them. My Dad was a big Beatles fan, so it was completely a great time. They kind of went through the eras as well, re-enacting actual events that happend to them. They had old footage of crazy obsessed girls. It was totally fun.
At one point they asked the audience if anyone was from Liverpool. There actually was a couple ladies from there. He said, “Oh come on.” They really were, but he said, “It’s ok if you’re lying………we are too.” It was funny and boy, that crowd was SO into it–more than any other concert I’ve seen in Wendover:).
A couple weeks ago I was asked by Disney from Ruffles and Stuff to guest blog during hers and Dana’s (from MADE) Celebrating Mom event. I was SOOOOOOOO excited when she emailed me! Because her blog and Dana’s blog are seriously my top 2 favorite all time websites. Not even kidding a little. So I was super super happy about that. Today is the day! So I made the purse you see here (purses). You can find the tutorial for it HERE.

Your kids are so cute and fun, how cool to have all these little everyday things they say and do, like wearing sweaters in the sprinkler. I love that day bag too, I'll need to look into your instructional post. CUTE!

Those purses are so adorable…I might actually be able to do that one! (maybe) :) And I love the throwing "rocks" activity. We might have to do that at our next FHE!

I love Bailey, but I think you know that.
And you are AMAZING! I love the stuff you come up with and I'm so excited other people are appreciating it, too. you rock.
