Happy Birthday Dad!

December 21, 2009 By Christie

My Dad’s birthday was on Saturday. He is coming for his annual after-Christmas visit (he lives in Dallas) and I am really looking forward to it! We always have some really neat talks together…if we can hear each other over the kiddos! The things I love about my dad are that he is a perfect…

My sister’s birthday was on Saturday. We have a lot of December b-days in my family! Two more still to come! I love my sister Rachelle. She is a fun person to be around. Sometimes we get talking about stuff that makes us laugh so hard! I think we have a lot of memories growing…

Fun Flowers

December 12, 2009 By Christie

I found out how to make the flower HERE. Super easy, and I love it. I love the frayed edges. Bailey only had a pink/brown hat that didn’t look so great with some clothes, so I bought a black hat, added the flower and button, and took off the frayed top. Took me like 10…

Bailey

December 12, 2009 By Christie

Bailey is starting to walk around a lot more. It’s super duper cute. She is a lot braver if she is holding onto something though, like a stool, or a big Malt-O-Meal bag of cereal. Perhaps she’s even tried to carry a large box full of Legos. Silly girl. But of course she falls a…

I Love Dillon Because…

December 12, 2009 By Christie

He surprised me for our anniversary. And I love surprises that are happy:). Before we all got sick, we did go on our anniversary date. I don’t know what I was thinking not bringing my camera! Sadness. Anyways, my mom was going to watch the kids that night for our date, but he planned with…

Festival of Trees

December 8, 2009 By Christie

My sister Rachelle got us some discount prices for the Festival of Trees (thanks sis!). It was SO busy, but we just kind of did a fast version of walking through. We still got to see a lot of neat trees, but without the long long line. So now, because I took a lot of…

It’s True

December 6, 2009 By Christie

I just wanted to share my favorite Christmas songs this season. Dillon gave me an i-tunes gift card for my birthday and I bought to $7.99 Christmsa albums that I LOVE. The first one is one I’ve just discovered this year. Her name is Sara Groves. Her album is so great. She has some original…

Help Claire and Benson!

December 4, 2009 By Christie

My friend Sabra posted about this family who is in need of help. Their story is very touching. You can read about them HERE. If you want to see what really got to me, watch the video on their sidebar called “A day on dialysis featuring Claire Skinner.” I watched the second one first, and…

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
