Johnny Appleseed Day

October 7, 2010 By Christie

Dev just looked so cute walking out of his class with his hat on.  He said green apples were his favorite because they were more sour.   This kid LOVES school.  SO much.

Starting Young

October 7, 2010 By Christie

But not really.  All my boys have a picture wearing my make-up, about this same age.           This next picture is just to show what a good brother Devon is.  He let Bailey color all over his picture while he worked on it, and didn’t complain once.

Diary of a WUMpy Kid

September 22, 2010 By Christie

That’s how Carson says it:).  We borrowed the book, and he read a lot of the illustrations throughout, but we only read a little.  I’m pretty sure that he got the point.  Take a look:       My FAVORITE:     Close second:   And I’m not for sure, but I think this is…

Happy Birthday Bailey!!!

September 21, 2010 By Christie

Oh my little Bailey.  So full of life and so fun.  I just love this little girl to pieces.  She brings so much joy to our family.  She makes us laugh all the time. For instance, on the morning of her birthday, we sang to her and she got this sly grin on her…

Dad’s Visit

September 13, 2010 By Christie

My Dad is moving back to TX.  Things didn’t work out with Yo Yo unfortunately.  There is a story there, but I won’t go into details.  I’m glad my Dad made the choice he did.  It seems like it was the right thing to do under the circumstances!  I am excited for him to be…

Indiana Jones Birthday Party

September 13, 2010 By Christie

Carson wanted an Indiana Jones party for his birthday this year.  We had a blast! It’s so funny how he is obsessed with Indiana Jones and has never seen the movies.  He frequently goes around in the outfit you see below (well, before minus the whip and satchel).  He’d wear this to school quite often…

Happy Birthday Carson!!!

September 12, 2010 By Christie

Wow, 7 years old.  It really doesn’t seem like it has been that long ago that my sweet Carson was placed in my arms and Dillon and I cried with pure happiness that our first child was born!   Doesn’t he look so old in these next two pictures?  And a little formal:).      Ah,…

Early Celebrations

September 12, 2010 By Christie

My family (extended) gets together the first Sunday each month for dinner, and we celebrate the months worth of birthdays.  So Carson and Bailey got to open their presents.   I think getting things for my kids is better than things for myself:).  I love it! Carson has a good friend that is really cute and…

Memorable Moments June 2015

~Ruby says "Thank You" when you give her anything. Except it's more like "Day Oooo." I love it. She's also trying harder to say please (or Peeeeze) for things she wants. What a polite little girl :).

~Yesterday Bailey came down with the Clone Trooper costume on, which is 4 sizes too big I'm pretty sure, and her bull horns on. It was awesome. And sums up this girl pretty darn well.

~Carson told us that he was the laughing stock of Primary on Sunday. He meant to say the Class Clown :).

~Devon's so funny these days. If you catch him doing something he shouldn't be, he gets an innocent little smile and then starts rolling his eyes everywhere except looking at you. :)
